Additionally, nurse leaders must assess the cultural background from which the novice nurse comes develop interventions accordingly to foster teamwork, and use appropriate language common to both nurses to overcome language barriers. Furthermore, delegating tasks on researching various databases can be another collaborative strategy (Campbell et al., 2020).
